* JULY & AUGUST - Summer Weekly Rentals Only (Sunday to Sunday)
A $300 Non-Refundable Deposit (per week) is required at time of booking, balance is due 4 weeks
prior to arrival date. Please note our 4 week Cancellation Policy below for Summer weekly rentals.
Here are a few points you need to know prior to booking with us:
* Cottage occupancy numbers include children regardless of age, no additional people are permitted
* Cottages are NO-SMOKING and NO-VAPING of any substance
* NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED
* Our guests enjoy quiet time from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am - we do monitor this for our guests
* Outdoor music must be at a reasonable level and not disturb other guests
* Fireworks of any kind are prohibited in our township (with limited exceptions by Permit)
* Day guests are not permitted
* Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen tea towels/dish soap are provided
* Bathroom and Beach towels are NOT provided - please bring these with you!
* Free use of canoes, kayaks, satellite TV, Fiber Optic WiFi, outdoor furniture, and propane BBQs (at each cottage)
* Guests must wash, dry and put back in their place all kitchen items - failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee
* Failure to comply with resort rules will result in immediate eviction without refund, additional charges may apply (including billing for damages)...we never want this to happen! If you have any questions, please call us!
* CANCELLATION POLICY - due to our small size, cancellations affect our family business greatly.
For Nightly rentals - Cancellation may be made up to 48 HOURS prior to the arrival date. In the event of a no-show or less than 48 hours notice, the balance of the full stay will be billed to the credit card on file.
For Summer rentals, a $300 Non-Refundable Deposit (per cottage) is required at the time of booking. A cancellation must be received at least 4 WEEKS prior to the arrival date. All rental balances are due 4 weeks prior to arrival. No cancellations are accepted nor refunds issued after this time. No exceptions will be allowed.
* TAX - all rentals are subject to a 13% tax, not included in the quoted nightly rental amount.
